Initial Assessment – £30 (up to 1 hour)
Follow up appointment - £25 (30 mins)
Sports Massage
Sports Massage works deep to eliminate toxins embedded in muscle fibers, remove adhesions, and minimize scar tissue buildup. Muscle lengthening in sports massage helps restore a range of motion and overall flexibility. Sports massage also leads to improved circulation which aids better cell nutrition greater elasticity of muscle fiber, and reduced recovery time.

30 mins – £20
45 mins – £25
60 mins – £30
Have a Sports Masseur available on your team - match day / training day:
Club Sports massage – £25 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)
Game Day Sports Masseur Pre / Post Massage -
Home – £45
Away – £50
Amateur Organizations will be discounted.
Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Treatment Days vary week to week.
